黄芪抗非小细胞肺癌作用机制研究进展

Research Progress in the Mechanism of Astragali Radix Against Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

黄芪是一味临床常用的中药,具有补气健脾的作用。黄芪含有多种化学成分,主要包括多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类等,具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保护心脑血管系统、降血糖、降血脂等多种药理作用。近年来研究发现,黄芪具有抗非小细胞肺癌作用。文章总结了近年来黄芪抗非小细胞肺癌机制研究方面的相关文献,主要从抑制肺癌细胞增殖、诱导肺癌细胞凋亡、抑制肺癌细胞侵袭和转移、调节免疫功能、诱导肺癌细胞自噬、逆转肺癌细胞耐药性等几方面进行综述,探讨了黄芪在抗非小细胞肺癌方面的作用机制,为今后黄芪治疗非小细胞肺癌提供理论依据。

Astragali Radixis is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic,it has the function of replenishing Qiandinvigorating spleen.The Astragali Radixis contains a variety of chemical components,mainly including polysaccharides,flavonoids,saponins,etc.,and has a variety of pharmacological effects such as enhancing immunity,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,protecting the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,etc.In recent years,studies have found that Astragali Radixis has the effect of anti-non-small cell lung cancer.This article reviewed the relevant literature on the mechanism of Astragali Radixis against non-small cell lung cancer in recent years,mainly reviewed the following aspects:inhibition of lung cancer cell proliferation,induction of lung cancer cell apoptosis,inhibition of lung cancer cell invasion and metastasis,regulation of immune function,induction of lung cancer cell autophagy,reversal of drug resistance of lung cancer cells,and discussed the mechanism of Astragali Radixis in anti non-small cell lung cancer,To provide a theoretical basis for the future treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with astragalus.
