敦煌脐密功联合西药对改善IBS-D胃肠道症状疗效的评价

Evaluation of Dunhuang Miangmiong Combined with Western Medicine in Improving IBS-D Gastrointestinal Symptoms

目的:评价敦煌脐密功联合西药改善脾虚湿阻证腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)胃肠道症状的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组予以匹维溴铵片,50 mg/次,口服,3次/日。治疗组给予敦煌脐密功联合匹维溴铵片,脐密功每日一次,匹维溴铵片用法同对照组。4周为一疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后中医单项症状评分、肠易激综合征症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)积分及总体疗效。结果:两组治疗后在腹痛、腹胀、神疲乏力、大便频次、纳呆方面评分及IBS-BSS积分均降低(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组在腹痛、腹胀、神疲乏力、纳呆方面的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组IBS-BSS积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:敦煌脐密功联合西药在改善脾虚湿阻证IBS-D胃肠道症状方面疗效优于西药组,敦煌脐密功作为传统非药物疗法,不经过胃肠给药,具有简便廉、无痛苦、患者易接受的优点。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Dunhuang Miangmiong combined with western medicine in improving gastrointestinal symptoms of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given pinaverium bromide tablets,50 mg/time,orally,3 times/day.The treatment group was given Dunhuang Miangyigong combined with pinaverium bromide tablets once a day,and the usage of pinaverium bromide tablets was the same as that of the control group.4 weeks was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 consecutive courses.The TCM single symptom score,IBS-SSS score and the overall efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,stool frequency,nab and IBS-BSS in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue and nab in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the IBS-BSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 87.5%in the treatment group and 75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dunhuang Umbilical Miigong combined with Western medicine is better than Western medicine group in improving gastrointestinal symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome IBS-D.As a traditional non-drug therapy,Dunhuang umbilical Miigong has the advantages of simple,inexpensive,painless and easy to be accepted by patients.
