血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在溃疡性结肠炎病情评估中的应用价值

The Application Values of the Serum Procalcitonin and C-Reactive Protein in Evaluating the Condition of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)评价溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病情的临床价值。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年4月我院收治的39例UC患者作为观察组,同期体检的37名健康人作为对照组,分析缓解期、活动期UC患者与健康体检者,以及活动期不同病情严重程度(轻度、中度、重度)患者血清PCT和CRP水平。结果:观察组患者血清PCT和CRP水平明显高于对照组,活动期UC患者血清PCT、CRP水平明显高于缓解期UC,P<0.05;活动期轻度、中度、重度UC患者血清PCT、CRP水平均依次升高,两两组间比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:血清PCT和CRP水平与UC活动度及病情严重程度有一定关系,有望成为评估其病情的辅助指标。

Objective To investigate the values of serum procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in evaluating the condition of ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods Enrolled 39 UC patients treated in authors' hospital(2020-06-2022-04) as observation group, at the same time, 37 health physical examinees were taken as control group;then, detected the serum PCT and CRP levels of the patients' at catabasis and active phase, and of health controls, as well as the levels of the patients at slight, moderate and severe phase. Results The levels of PCT and CRP in observation group were significantly high than that in control group, and, in the patients at active phase the levels were significantly higher than that in them at catabasis phase(P<0.05);At active phase, in order of slight, moderate, and severe phase the both levels were up;between the three phases there was statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of PCT and CRP are certainly related UC activity degree and condition's severity, thus the levels could be the auxiliary indexes for evaluating to UC condition.
