肛周脓肿术后浮挂药线并垫棉加压处理的临床研究

Clinical Study of Suspended-drawing Medicated Thread Combined with Cotton-pressing Padding after Surgery for Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨浮挂药线联合垫棉加压在肛周脓肿术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月于我院拟行一期切开挂线引流治疗的100例肛周脓肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组术后常规换药,观察组术后予以浮挂药线及垫棉加压处理。术后2周评价临床疗效。比较2组临床疗效、术后疼痛及渗液情况、创面愈合时间及患者满意度。结果:观察组临床总有效率(98.00%)高于对照组(86.00%),术后第3、5、7、10天时疼痛程度及创面渗液情况明显轻于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,患者满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组(82.00%),P<0.05。结论:肛周脓肿术后浮挂药线并予垫棉加压处理可减轻患者疼痛、渗液程度,加速创口愈合,有助于提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical application efficacy of suspended-drawing medicated thread combined with cotton-pressing padding after surgery for perianal abscess(PA). Methods Randomly divided 100 PA patients to be treated with primary incision thread-drawing drainage in authors' hospital(2020-11-2021-11) into control group(50 cases, postoperatively routine dressing exchange) and observation group(50 cases, instead of suspended-drawing medicated thread plus cotton-pressing padding after surgery),at 2 weeks after surgery, evaluated their effects;then, compared both groups' clinical effects, the status on postoperative pain and exudation, wound-surface healing time, as well as patients' satisfactory degree. Results In clinical total effective rate, in the status on pain degree and wound-surface exudation on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10 th after surgery, in wound-surface healing time, and in patients' satisfactory degree, observation group was significantly and respectively higher(98.00% vs 86.00%),slighter, shorter, and higher(96.00% vs 82.00%) than control group(all, P<0.05). Conclusion After surgery for PA adopting suspended-drawing medicated thread plus cotton-pressing padding can relieve patients' pain and exudation, promote wound healing, and is helpful to enhance patients' satisfactory degree.
