结直肠癌患者肠造口早期益处发现与生活质量的相关性研究

The Relativity of Early Benefit Discovery in the Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Ostomy with their Quality of Life

目的:探讨结直肠癌患者肠造口早期益处发现与生活质量的相关性。方法:以2019年6月至2022年6月于我院接受肠造口且造口时间≤4周的220例结直肠癌患者为调查对象,应用癌症患者生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)评价患者生活质量,应用癌症患者疾病获益感量表(BFS-A)评价患者肠造口的益处发现水平,应用Spearman相关性分析法分析肠造口早期益处发现与生活质量的相关性。结果:发放问卷220份,回收有效问卷200份(90.9%)。200例肠造口者QLQ-C30量表之社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能维度平均得分分别为(49.26±13.68)分、(51.26±15.28)分、(55.82±13.73)分、(46.28±11.39)分、(58.83±15.22)分,肠造口益处发现水平总分平均(61.55±8.39)分。Spearman相关性分析显示,肠造口益处发现水平与生活质量总分及各维度评分均呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:结直肠癌患者肠造口早期益处发现水平与生活质量均处于中低水平,且益处发现与生活质量呈正相关。临床护理过程中,可采取相应护理对策提高患者益处发现水平,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the relativity of early benefit discovery(EBD)in the colorectal cancer patients undergoing ostomy to their quality of life.Methods Enrolled 220 colorectal cancer patients underwent ostomy in authors'hospital(2019-06-2022-06),and the ostomy time≤4 weeks into this survey:by using QLQ-C30 to evaluate their quality of life,by using BFS-A to evaluate their EBD level,then,by using Spearman relativity analysis method to analyse their EBD'relativity to quality of life.Results Totalled 220 questionaires,200 were effectively recovered(90.9%)who had respectively average points according to QLQ-C30 in such as social function,cognition function,emotion function,rule function,and body function:(49.26±13.68)points,(51.26±15.28)points,(55.82±13.73)points,(46.28±11.39)points,and(58.83±15.22)points,the total points of EBD from estomy were(61.55±8.39)points.Spearman relativity analysis showed the EBD level from ostomy was proportionally related to patients'quality of life in total points and in all dimensions'ratings(P<0.05).Conclusion The EBD levels of colorectal cancer patients undergoing ostomy,and their quality of life all are moderate and lower levels,and EBD is proportionally related to quality of life,thus clinically,it could be taking relevant nursing copy so as to improve EBD levels making their quality of life got enhanced.
