基于5G的同步型远程超声在重症监护病房患者中的应用评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of synchronous tele-ultrasound based on 5G in the examination of patients in intensive care unit

摘要 目的探讨基于第五代移动通信技术(简称"5G")的同步型远程超声在重症监护病房(ICU)患者中应用的可行性。方法在5G网络环境下,应用医学图像编解码及多路信号同步传输技术构建的同步型远程超声诊断系统,对2021年11月至12月河南省人民医院ICU收治的55例患者进行同步型远程超声及传统超声腹部检查。以传统超声的检查结果为参考标准,比较分析同步型远程超声与传统超声的诊断结果及所需时间;评估5G信号传输超声图像的质量。结果55例患者中,传统超声诊断阳性结果49例,阴性结果6例;同步型远程超声诊断阳性结果46例,阴性结果9例,两者诊断结果具有较好的一致性(Kappa=0.770,P<0.001);49例阳性患者共检出99个阳性病灶,同步型远程超声检出阳性结果的准确率为96.97%(96/99)。同步型远程超声所用时间为(9.60±2.71)min,短于传统超声的(20.80±6.47)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同步型远程超声图像质量平均分为4.62分。结论基于5G的同步型远程超声具有图像清晰、诊断准确、用时较短等优势,可作为ICU患者传统超声检查的有利补充方式。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of synchronous tele-ultrasound based on 5th generation mobile communication technology(referred to as 5G)in examination of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The synchronous tele-ultrasonic diagnosis system was established based on medical image codec and multi-channel signal synchronous transmission technology with 5G network.And 55 patients treated in ICU of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from November 2021 to December 2021 were selected to underwent synchronous tele-ultrasound and conventional ultrasound for abdominal examination.Taking the examination results of conventional ultrasound as the reference standard,the diagnostic results and required time of synchronous tele-ultrasound and conventional ultrasound were compared and analyzed.The quality of image transmitted through 5G signals was evaluated.Results Among the 55 patients,49 cases were positive,and 6 cases were negative according to conventional ultrasound.Synchronous tele-ultrasound identified 46 cases positive and 9 cases negative;and there was a good consistency between results of the two methods(Kappa=0.770,P<0.001).A total of 99 positive lesions were detected in the 49 positive patients,and the accuracy rate of synchronous tele-ultrasound in diagnosis of positive lesions was 96.97%(96/99).The required time of synchronous tele-ultrasound was(9.60±2.71)min,shorter than the(20.80±6.47)min of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05).The average score of image quality transmitted through synchronous tele-ultrasound was 4.62.Conclusions Synchronous tele-ultrasound based on 5G has the advantages of clear image,accurate diagnosis and short time consumption.It can be used as a favorable supplement to conventional ultrasound examination for patients in ICU.
