促排卵药物联合二甲双胍及小剂量阿司匹林治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

Efficacy of ovulation induction drugs combined with metformin and low-dose aspirin on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨促排卵药物+二甲双胍+小剂量阿司匹林治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果。方法:抽取2022年2月至2022年10月在河南省生殖妇产医院进行治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组55例。对照组采用促排卵药物+小剂量阿司匹林进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍进行治疗。比较两组子宫动脉血流指数、成熟卵泡数、宫颈黏液评分、诱排日子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素水平[雌激素(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]及体格指标[体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)]。结果:治疗后,两组搏动指数、阻力指数及E2、FSH、LH、BMI、WHR水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组各指标水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组成熟卵泡数、宫颈黏液评分和诱排日子宫内膜厚度均大于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(94.55%,52/55)高于对照组(72.73%,40/55),P<0.05。研究组不良反应总发生率(5.45%,3/55)高于对照组(1.82%,1/55),但两组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:促排卵药物、二甲双胍联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者,可以降低子宫动脉血流指数,提高妊娠率,临床疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ovulation induction therapy combined with metformin and low-dose aspirin on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 110 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in Henan Reproductive Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from February 2022 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ovulation induction drugs and low-dose aspirin,while the study group was treated with metformin based on the treatment of the control group.The uterine artery blood flow indexes,number of mature follicles,cervical mucus score,endometrial thickness on the day of induction,levels of serum sex hormones,including estrogen(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),and physical indicators,including body bass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pulsatile index,resistance index,and levels of E2,FSH,LH,BMI and WHR in both groups decreased,compared to these indicators before treatment,and these indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the number of mature follicles,cervical mucus score,and endometrial thickness on the day of induction in the study group were all superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(94.55%,52/55)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%,40/55),P<0.05.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the studygroup(5.45%,3/55)was higher than that in the control group(1.82%,1/55),but the differencewas not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The ovulation induction therapy combined with metforminand low-dose aspirin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can reduce the uterine artery bloodflow indexes and improve the pregnancy rate,with good clinical efficacy.
