摘要
气体绝缘开关组合电器(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)特高频局部放电检测仪器广泛应用于GIS设备的绝缘缺陷检测与预警,但特高频局部放电仪器对绝缘缺陷的诊断和识别的准确性往往存疑。为了提高局部放电设备绝缘缺陷诊断和识别校验的有效性,开发了一种基于导入GIS现场绝缘缺陷图谱并能进行反向输出的装置。首先介绍了装置硬件设计的实现原理、基本结构以及局部放电仿真信号产生单元的实现方法,然后介绍现场真实特高频局部放电信号的转换、载入和下发方法,最后开展装置的实用性测试。测试结果表明:GIS局部放电特高频信号仿真装置能有效模拟现场采集到的各种真实放电信号并进行有效输出,为GIS特高频局部放电检测仪器的绝缘缺陷诊断和识别提供新的方法。
Gas insulated switchgear(GIS)ultra-high frequency(UHF)partial discharge(PD)detection instruments are widely used in insulation defect detection and fault warning of GIS equipment,but the accuracy of UHF PD instruments in the diagnosis and identification of insulation defects is usually doubtful.In order to improve the effectiveness of insulation defect diagnosis and identification verification of PD equipment,based on the import of GIS field insulation defect pattern,a device was developed,achieving a reverse output.Firstly,the implementation principle and basic structure of the device hardware design and the implementation method of the partial discharge simulation signal generation unit were introduced.Then,the conversion,loading and sending methods of the field UHF partial discharge signal were presented.Finally,the practicability test for the device was carried out.The test results show that GIS UHF PD signal simulation device can effectively simulate various real discharge signals collected on site and output them effectively,providing a new method for insulation defect diagnosis and identification of GIS UHF PD detection instrument.
