摘要
朱熹是南宋时期著名的思想家和教育家,其建立的系统的德育思想理论体系不仅对中国古代教育产生了深远影响,对现代教育的发展也有极大的价值。在新时代教育背景下,以习近平总书记“立德树人”的思想为指导,从“明人伦、为圣贤”的目标,循序渐进、德智并举、引导与防禁相结合的原则,居敬持志、知行合一、内省自察、环境熏陶、因材施教的方法三个方面分析朱熹道德教育思想,把握其思想精髓,发掘其时代价值;从转变教育观念、发挥教师作用、构建德育环境三个方面入手阐述朱熹道德教育思想对高校道德教育的启示意义。
Zhu Xi was a famous thinker and educator during the Southern Song Dynasty,and the systematic moral education ideological and theoretical system he established not only had a profound impact on ancient Chinese education,but also had great value for the development of modern education.Under the background of education in the new era,with the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s idea of“cultivating people with virtue”,Zhu Xi’s moral education thought is analyzed from three aspects:the goal of“enlightening people and becoming a sage”,step by step,the principle of combining morality and wisdom,the combination of guidance and prohibition,and the methods of respecting and holding aspirations,integrating knowledge and action,introspection and self-examination,environmental edification,and teaching according to aptitude,grasping the essence of its ideology,and exploring its value of the times;the enlightening significance of Zhu Xi’s moral education thought on moral education in colleges and universities are expounded from three aspects:changing the concept of education,giving play to the role of teachers,and building a moral education environment.
