孝文化融入中职德育的对策探讨——基于广东省河源市796名中职学生的调查分析

Exploring the Countermeasures of Integrating Filial Piety Culture into Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools:Based on an Analysis of 796 Secondary School Students in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province

研究者采集了796名广东省河源市的中职学生有关孝文化的基本态度数据,通过分析,发现中职学生对孝文化主流思想是积极向上的,但还是存在部分中职学生缺乏对孝文化的兴趣,在孝文化践行方面存在不彻底现象。主要原因是中职学生热衷于学习“实用性”的课程,对孝文化认知有偏差等。据此应建设新时代孝文化的德育体系,培养中职学生对孝文化的兴趣;提升教师孝文化素养,丰富新时代的孝文化教学内容与教学方式;建立全社会共同参与的工作机制,提高孝文化的融入氛围。

The researcher collected data on the basic attitudes of filial culture from 796 secondary school students in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province,and found that the mainstream thinking of filial culture among secondary school students is positive,but there are still some secondary school students who lack interest in filial culture and are not thorough in practicing filial culture.The main reason is that secondary school students are eager to study“practical”courses and have a biased perception of filial culture.Accordingly,we should build a moral education system of filial culture in the new era to cultivate secondary school students’interest in filial culture;improve teachers’filial culture literacy,enrich the content and teaching methods of filial culture in the new era;and establish a working mechanism with the participation of the whole society to improve the atmosphere of filial culture integration.
