高职院校精神扶贫赋能乡村振兴的耦合逻辑与实践逻辑

The Coupling Logic and Practical Logic of Spiritual Poverty Alleviation in Higher Vocational Colleges Empowering Rural Revitalization

精神扶贫是当前打赢精准脱贫攻坚战和实现乡村振兴的战略任务。高职院校开展精神扶贫具有天然优势,精神扶贫是高职院校社会职能之一,其与乡村振兴具有一定耦合机理和耦合关系。目前,精神扶贫在对象、主体及成效方面尚存在“志”“智”“制”及“质”的问题,这渐渐成为乡村振兴发展的桎梏。因此,高职院校要发挥专业优势,赋能乡村振兴应从三个层面着力:精神文化层,发挥人力资源的协同优势,激活乡村振兴心理资本;知识能力层,统筹产教融合的资源优势,提升乡村振兴人力资本;事业产业层,整合集群成链的跨界优势,赋能乡村振兴发展资本。

Spiritual poverty alleviation is the strategic task of winning the key battle of targeted poverty alleviation and realizing rural revitalization.Spiritual poverty alleviation,as one of the social functions of higher vocational colleges,has natural advantages.It has a certain coupling mechanism and coupling relationship with rural revitalization.In the post-poverty alleviation era,spiritual poverty alleviation still has problems in object,subject and effect,namely“ambition”,“wisdom”,“system”and“quality”,which have gradually become the shackles of rural revitalization and development.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should focus on three levels to give full play to their professional advantages and empower rural revitalization:the spiritual and cultural level,giving full play to the synergistic advantages of human resources and activating the psychological capital of rural revitalization;the knowledge ability level,coordinating the resource advantages of the integration of production and education,improving Rural revitalization human capital;the career and industry level,integrate the cross-border advantages of clusters into chains,and empower rural revitalization and development capital.
