摘要 在当今机加工行业中,切削液普遍混入大量的杂油以及杂质等杂物,从降低切削液的基础使用性能,降低了其使用寿命。随着环保的重视,企业在废切削液处理上处理成本增加。高效油液分离装置的研究成功,能够使机加工企业的生产成本、废物处理成本大大降低,更好地保护环境,减少污染物的排放。其具有不改变切削液的基础性能、除油高效、结构简单、实用性强等特点,该设备原理的研制成功,对其它行业的油水分离也具有指导性意义。 In machining industry today,cutting fluid is generally mixed with a large number of miscellaneous oil and impurities,which reduces the basic performance of cutting fluid and its service life.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the treatment cost of waste cutting fluid in enterprises increases.The successful research of high-efficiency oil separation device can greatly reduce the production cost and waste treatment cost of machining enterprises,better protect the environment and reduce the emission of pollutants.It has the characteristics of not changing the basic performance of cutting fluid,high oil removal efficiency,simple structure,and strong practicability.The successful development of the equipment principle also has guiding significance for oil-water separation in other industries.
