Evolution of Self-organization in Higher Education Institutions under the Context of High-quality Development

中国高等教育发展迈入了高质量发展的新阶段,推动高等学校内部治理机制变革势在必行。然而,由于前期高等学校规模扩张以及教育行政化取向,导致内部产生组织无力、结构板结、机制僵化等问题。自组织理论作为社会科学等领域,解决复杂系统问题的研究范式,将为中国高等学校重新焕发生机提供新思路。

Higher education in China has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and it is imperative to promote the reform of its internal governance mechanism.However,the expansion of the recruitment scale of colleges and universities in the early stage and the orientation of educational administration results internal problems such as weak organization,rigid structure,and rigid mechanism.As a research paradigm for solving complex system problems in social sciences and other fields,self-organization theory will provide new ideas for the rejuvenation of China higher education.
