黄芥敷胸膏辅助治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

Efficacy of adjuvant treatment with chest application of Rhubarb Semen Sinapis ointment on pneumonia in children

目的 观察黄芥敷胸膏辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 将2020年5月—2022年5月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院儿科收治的100例痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合黄芥敷胸膏外敷,每天1次,治疗7 d。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组患儿治疗前后主症、次症评分及主症起效时间评分,同时进行安全性评价。结果 观察组总有效率为100%(50/50),对照组总有效率为92%(46/50),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组发热、痰鸣、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音评分及总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组咳嗽、痰鸣、肺部啰音评分及总积分明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组精神、面色、胸闷、出汗、口渴、咽红、睡眠、饮食、大小便评分及总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组出汗、睡眠、饮食、大小便评分及总积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),2组精神、面色、胸闷、出汗、口渴、咽红评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组发热、痰鸣、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音起效时间评分及总主症起效时间评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论 黄芥敷胸膏治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效好,可明显改善患儿主要症状及次要症状,缩短疗程,安全性良好。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of adjuvant treatment with chest application of Rhubarb Semen Sinapis ointment on pneumonia in children.Methods One hundred children with pneumonia of type of phlegm-heat blocking the lung admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with chest external application of Rhubarb Semen Sinapis ointment on the basis of the control group,once daily,treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms before and after the treatment and the onset time of main symptoms of children between the two groups were compared,the safety was evaluated at the same time.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%(50/50),and that of the control group was 92%(46/50),the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,gurgling with sputum,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales and total score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P0.05),and the scores of cough,gurgling with sputum,pulmonary rales and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P0.05).After treatment,the scores of spirit,face color,chest tightness,sweating,thirst,red pharynx,sleep,diet,urination and defecation and total score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P0.05),and the scores of sweating,sleep,diet,urination and defecation and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores of spirit,face color,chest tightness,sweating,thirst,and red pharynx between the two groups(all P0.05).The scores of onset times of fever,gurgling with sputum,cough,wheezing,lung rales and total scores of onset time of main symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Chest application of Rhubarb Semen Sinapis ointment is effective in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,which can significantly improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of children,shorten the course of treatment,and has good safety.
