生物炭基肥对板栗产量和品质的影响

摘要 为提高板栗的产量和品质,作者开展对生物炭基础肥应用研究,分析不同施肥处理对板栗个数、单粒重、单蓬重、单株产量的影响,以及对板栗品质如淀粉、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,10%(BC+腐殖酸)+90%复合肥处理显著提高板栗数量和单蓬重,较对照提高20.83%和48.14%,较复合肥提高33.33%、28.65%;10%(BC+腐殖酸)+90%复合肥+柠檬酸钛6 g处理的单株产量最高,较对照提高64.58%,较复合肥提高15.12%;20%BC+80%复合肥处理的板栗淀粉和可溶性糖含量均最高,淀粉较对照和复合肥提高6.86%和2.99%,可溶性糖较对照和复合肥提高0.86%、2.24%;粗脂肪含量是10%(BC+腐殖酸)+90%复合肥处理的最高,较对照和复合肥提高2.90%、0.20%;蛋白质含量以10%(BC+腐殖酸)+90%复合肥+柠檬酸钛6 g和10%(BC+腐殖酸)+90%复合肥处理的为最高和次高,依次较复合肥处理的提高0.91%、0.71%。总之,适宜配比的生物炭有利于提高板栗产量和品质。 In order to improve the yield and quality of chestnuts,the author conducted research on the application of biochar basic fertilizer,analyzing the effects of different fertilization treatments on the number of chestnuts,single grain weight,single canopy weight,and single plant yield,as well as the impact on chestnut quality such as starch,soluble sugar,crude fat,and protein content.The results showed that the treatment of 10%(BC+humic acid)+90%compound fertilizer significantly increased the number of chestnuts and individual canopy weight,increased by 20.83%and 48.14%compared to the control,and increased by 33.33%and 28.65%compared to the compound fertilizer,respectively.The treatment of 10%(BC+humic acid),90%compound fertilizer,and 6 g of titanium citrate resulted in the highest yield per plant,which increased by 64.58%compared to the control and 15.12%compared to the compound fertilizer.The chestnut treated with 20%BC+80%composite fertilizer had the highest starch and soluble sugar content,with starch increasing by 6.86%and 2.99%compared to the control and composite fertilizer,and soluble sugar increasing by 0.86%and 2.24%compared to the control and composite fertilizer.The crude fat content is the highest in the treatment of 10%(BC+humic acid)+90%composite fertilizer,which is 2.90%and 0.20%higher than the control and composite fertilizer.The protein content was highest and second highest in the treatments of 10%(BC+humic acid)+90%compound fertilizer+titanium citrate 6 g and 10%(BC+humic acid)+90%compound fertilizer,respecti-vely,with an increase of 0.91%and 0.71%compared to the compound fertilizer treatment.In short,a suitable proportion of biochar is beneficial for improving the yield and quality of chestnuts.
