摘要 目的基于Rodgers的演化概念分析方法澄清护理专业价值观的概念,为相关评价工具的制定及护理教育提供概念框架。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Sage、Wiley,检索时限为2012年1月至2022年6月。采用主题分析法对资料进行编码、分类、归纳和总结。结果最终纳入文献50篇,护理专业价值观的演化过程可分为初探——实用意义、深入——内涵辨析、发展——结构探究3个阶段。其先决条件包括个人背景、专业认知、专业教育、实践环境及伦理道德意识;属性包括人性(尊严、关怀、利他)、德性(责任、平等、正义、诚实)和理性(自主、能动);后果包括感受、信念及行为。结论明确护理专业价值观的概念框架,为护理伦理学的发展提供了核心概念基础,可作为开发相应测量工具和教育框架的理论基础。 Objective To clarify the concept of nursing professional values based on Rodgers′evolutionary concept analysis method.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Sciences,Sage and Wiley were systematically searched,the search time interval was from January 2012 to June 2022.A thematic analysis was used to code,classify,summarise and synthesise the material.Results In the 50 articles finally included,the evolution of nursing professional values was divided into three stages:initial exploration-practical meaning,in-depth-connotation identification and development-structural exploration.The antecedent consisted of personal background,professional perception,professional education,practice environment and ethical awareness;the attributes included humanity(dignity,care,altruism),morality(responsibility,equality,justice,honesty)and rationality(autonomy,agency);the consequences included feelings,beliefs and behaviors.Conclusion Identifying the conceptual framework of nursing professional values provides a core conceptual basis for the development of nursing ethics,and it can be used as a theoretical foundation for the development of appropriate measurement tools and educational frameworks.
