摘要
多项研究指出多样的肿瘤微环境影响着肺癌治疗反应性及耐药性,因此亟待我们去描述并定义这些微环境特征。单细胞测序技术通过识别不同的细胞亚群,剖析肿瘤微环境中的信号传递,以及表征细胞基因组突变和拷贝数异常,为我们更深入理解肿瘤生物学开辟了新的途径。应用单细胞测序技术可深入研究非小细胞肺癌的肿瘤微环境,进而指导临床治疗和预防肿瘤复发等。本文将综述单细胞测序技术在非小细胞肺癌研究领域应用的最新进展。
Numerous studies pointed out that diverse tumor microenvironment has an impact on the response or drug⁃resistance to the treatment of lung cancer,so we need to describe and define these characteristics at a cellular resolution.Single⁃cell sequencing technologies opened new avenues in our deep understanding of complicated tumor biology by identifying distinct cellular subpopulations,dissecting signaling within the tumor microenvironment,and characterizing cellular genomic mutations and copy number aberrations.We applicated the single⁃cell sequencing technologies to investigate the tumor microenvironment of non⁃small cell lung cancer,and thus,to guide clinical treatment strategies and to prevent the tumor recurrence.The present study reviews the advance of application of single⁃cell sequencing technologies in non⁃small cell lung cancer.
