高密度聚乙烯对超高分子量聚乙烯注塑制品性能的影响

Effect of HDPE on properties of injection molded UHMWPE products

摘要 针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)加工难的问题,使用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)对UHMWPE进行共混改性,并通过注塑成型的方法得到大尺寸UHMWPE/HDPE注塑制品,探究了不同含量HDPE对注塑制品力学性能、耐磨性能及结构的影响.结果表明:每100份UHMWPE中加入2份HDPE时得到的注塑制品综合性能最优,拉伸强度相比于纯UHMWPE注塑制品提升了27.9%,冲击强度基本保持不变,摩擦系数降低了98.5%,砂浆磨损率降低了58.3%;同时,注塑制品的熔点、结晶度与取向度均有不同程度的提升. Aiming at the difficulties with processing of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE)is used to blend with and modify UHMWPE,and large size UHMWPE/HDPE products are obtained by injection molding.The effects of different content of HDPE are investigated on the mechanical properties,wear resistance,and structure of the products.The results show that the injection molded products with 2 parts of HDPE per 100 parts of UHMWPE achieve the best comprehensive performance.Compared with pure UHMWPE products,the improvements made through the presented techniques can be witnessed in the following indices:the tensile strength increases by 27.7%,the impact strength remains basically unchanged,the friction coefficient decreases by 98.5%,and the mortar wear rate cuts by 58.3%.Along with these ameliorations,the melting point,crystallinity,and orientation of the products are also improved to certain degrees.
