夜间辐射复合机械制冷系统研究

摘要 为高效利用夜间辐射冷却技术,本文设计和制作了具有新型结构的夜间辐射板(NRB),提出NRB与机械制冷结合组成夜间辐射复合机械制冷系统(NRMR系统),并应用于冷却小型离网数据站房。通过实验,探究了NRB在夏季夜间的冷却潜力,并验证了NRB数学模型的准确性。建立了NRMR系统的仿真模型,分析了该系统在夏季20:00至次日06:00的动态仿真情况。实验结果表明,NRB在夏季典型日夜间的单位实验面积平均制冷量为41.5 W/m^(2),最大可达到60.1 W/m^(2),对比实验与理论制冷量,得到NRB有效冷却系数为0.77。仿真结果表明,NRMR系统理论上比传统空气源制冷系统在夏季可节省电力44.62%。 To make efficient use of the nocturnal radiation cooling technology,this paper designs and produces a nocturnal radiation board(NRB)with a new structure,and proposes that NRB and mechanical refrigeration are combined to form a nocturnal radiation compound mechanical refrigeration system(NRMR system)for cooling small off-grid data station rooms.The NRB experiment is conducted to explore the cooling potential of NRB at night in summer and to verify the accuracy of the mathematical model of NRB.The simulation model of the NRMR system is established to analyse the dynamic simulation of the system from 20:00 to next 06:00 in summer.The experimental results show that the average cooling capacity of NRB at night on a typical summer day is 41.5 W/m^(2),and the maximum is 60.1 W/m^(2).By comparing the experimental and theoretical cooling capacity,the effective cooling coefficient of NRB is 0.77.The simulation results show that the NRMR system can save 44.62%power in summer compared with the traditional air source refrigeration system in theory.
