基于CiteSpace软件的国内护理结局分类研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of domestic nursing outcome classification research based on CiteSpace software

目的:了解国内护理结局分类研究的发展现状、热点和前沿,为开展适合我国国情的标准化护理语言提供借鉴和参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)自建库至2022年7月31日有关护理结局分类的文献,应用CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入487篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势;发文机构和作者之间合作较少,多数作者为独立研究,但也有少数小型合作团队;发文量最多的机构是山西医科大学第一医院,发文量最多的期刊是《护理研究》;关键词聚类划分显著(Q=0.635 2)且可信度高(S=0.742 4);近5年来突现强度较高的关键词是延续护理、糖尿病和生活质量。结论:护理结局分类作为教育方式可实现学科知识的科学归纳,推动学科的发展;作为科研工具可简化护理流程,提高科研效率;作为测评工具测量护理结局前后得分差值可以了解病人是否在护理人员提供护理服务后受益,评价护理措施实施的有效性,体现护理工作的价值,提升护理服务质量。

Objective:To understand the development status,hotspots and frontiers of domestic nursing outcome classification research,and to provide reference for the development of standardized nursing language which is suitable for our country.Methods:The literature on nursing outcome classification was retrieved from CNKI database from the establishment of the database to July 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used for visual analysis.Results:A total of 487 papers were included,and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend.There is less cooperation between the publishing institution and the author.Most authors are independent researchers,but there are also a few small cooperative teams.The institution with the largest number of publications is the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,and the journal with the largest number of publications is Chinese Nursing Research.Keywords cluster classification was significant(Q=0.6352)and highly credible(S=0.7424).In the past five years,the keywords with high intensity of emergence were extended care,diabetes and quality of life.Conclusion:Nursing outcome classification as an educational method can realize the scientific induction of subject knowledge and promote the development of subject.As a scientific research tool,it can simplify the nursing process and improve the scientific research efficiency.As an assessment tool,measuring the score difference before and after nursing outcomes can understand whether patients benefit from nursing services provided by nursing staff,evaluate the effectiveness of nursing measures,reflect the value of nursing work,and improve the quality of nursing services.
