护士人文修养“课程思政”教学改革探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨护士人文修养“课程思政”教学改革的方法和效果。方法:选取某医学院校护理学专业2022级238名本科生作为研究对象,将专业知识和思政元素融合,在理论课教学中以“融合”为切入点,在实验课教学中以“引导”为着力点,在第二课堂实践中以“践行”为立足点,课程成绩评定采用过程性评价与终结性评价相结合的方式,课程教学结束后应用护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学调查问卷和情景模拟教学法应用效果评价表对教学改革效果进行评价。结果:护理本科专业课“课程思政”教学调查问卷5个维度中得分最高的是目标理念维度,得分为(4.827±0.193)分。90.8%的护生认为情景模拟教学法能够指导其将理论知识应用于实际场景,92.0%的护生认为实验课采取情景模拟教学法活跃了课堂的气氛,90.3%的护生认为情景模拟的教学形式提供了自我展示的机会。授课教师自我评价认为情景模拟和第二课堂实践的组织形式还需进一步提高。结论:护士人文修养“课程思政”教学改革融合了专业知识和思政元素,丰富了教学资源和方法,强化了学生能力培养和价值引领。 Objective:To explore the method and effect of the teaching reform of"curriculum ideology and politics"for nurses′humanistic cultivation.Methods:A total of 238 undergraduates majoring in nursing in a medical college in 2022 were selected as the research objects,combining professional knowledge with ideological and political elements,taking"integration"as the starting point in theoretical teaching,"guidance"as the focus in experimental teaching,and"practice"as the foothold in the practice of the second class.The evaluation of course results is carried out by the combination of process evaluation and final evaluation.After the course teaching,the teaching reform effect is evaluated by the teaching questionnaire of"curriculum ideology and politics"and the evaluation form of the application effect of situational simulation teaching method.Results:Among the 5 dimensions of the teaching questionnaire of"curriculum Ideology and politics"of nursing undergraduate professional courses,the highest score was the goal concept dimension(4.827±0.193).90.8%of nursing students believed that the situational simulation teaching method could guide them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenes,92.0%of nursing students believed that the situational simulation teaching method in the experimental class invigorated the classroom atmosphere,and 90.3%of nursing students believed that the situational simulation teaching form provided opportunities for self-presentation.According to the self-evaluation of teachers,the organizational form of scenario simulation and second classroom practice needs to be further improved.Conclusion:The teaching reform of nurses′humanistic cultivation"curriculum ideological and political"integrates professional knowledge and ideological and political elements,enriches teaching resources and methods,and strengthens students′ability training and value guidance.
