摘要
通过对影响炫燃金喷涂一次合格率的问题进行分析,识别出面漆发花为主要缺陷。通过从人、机、料、法、环进行系统图分析,结合C&E矩阵打分识别确定4个关键影响因子。结合生产现场实际,开展正交试验分析,最终确认最优水平;通过施工调整,最终实现炫燃金一次合格率大幅提升。
Through the analysis of the problems affecting the qualified rate of flame gold spraying,the lacquer floating was identified as the main defect.Through the system diagram analysis from the 5M1E,combined with the C&E matrix scoring identification,four key influencing factors were determined.In combination with the actual production site,orthogonal test analysis was carried out to finally confirm the optimal level.Through construction adjustment,the qualified rate of flame retardant gold spraying was greatly improved.
