澳大利亚国际教育的发展目标与战略举措

Research on Australia's Goals and Strategies towards the Development of International Education

二战后,澳大利亚作为留学生教育大国而久负盛名。受新冠肺炎疫情冲击,该国在过去几年间出现传统留学市场大变动、国际学生生活处境艰难、国际教育机构濒临倒闭的局面。鉴于此,澳政府于2021年12月正式颁布《澳大利亚国际教育战略2021-2030》(以下简称“战略”),以挽危局。该战略作为未来澳大利亚重振和发展国际教育的指导方针,提出了一系列重振国际教育的战略目标和重要举措,以实现2030年愿景:一是促进学生来源和教学供给方式的多样化;二是满足多种职业技能需求,着力开发与产业社会相关联的职业教育课程;三是以学生为中心提升国际教育全球竞争力。澳大利亚发展国际教育目标和战略举措对我国有积极的借鉴和启示。

Since the end of World War II,Australia has long enjoyed a great reputation as one of the most popular destinations for international students among the English-speaking countries.However,under the impact of the COVID-19,the Australian international education industry has suffered a lot,with the great changes in the international education market,the difficult living condition for international students,and bankruptcy of some international education agencies.In this case,the Australian government officially issued the“Australian Strategy for International Education 2021-2030”in December 2021 that serves as the guideline for the revitalization of its international education as priorities over the next decade.It aims to promote the diversification of student sources and learning ways,to meet the needs of various vocational skills with focuses on developing vocational courses related to social demand,and to heighten student-centered international education to enhance the global competitiveness.A study of this post-epidemic strategy is conducive to China’s further advance of international education.
