摘要
明代贵州有着显著的军事性特征,故寨堡数量繁多。从其功能性而言,主要有拱卫城市、保护驿道、保卫屯田、经略乡村等类型,土司、明军、反明武装、百姓等为应对战乱也多营造寨堡。
People in Guizhou built a large number of forts to cope with the prominent military situation in the Ming Dynasty.In terms of its function,there are mainly arch city,protect post road,defend the countryside,and so on.It also includes the forts built by the chiefdoms,the Ming army,the anti-Ming forces and the common people in response to the war.
