基于NASPIC的反应堆保护系统数字化旁通设计研究

摘要 旁通是对反应堆保护系统进行维修和试验的重要手段,可在反应堆正常运行的情况下,根据实际需求将通道或重要仪表参数退出运行,以支持定期试验、设备维修、仪表校验等应用场景。目前,华龙一号核电厂反应堆保护系统设计为拨动开关发出旁通指令的开关量,由硬接线采集后,对应的信号质量位变为坏点,涉及的停堆和专设驱动逻辑退化。由于硬接线旁通信号数量庞大,不仅占据设备安装空间和信号通道,还存在维护不便等诸多问题。基于NASPIC平台的设备特性,充分发挥数字化系统的优势,提出一种全新的数字化旁通设计方案,不仅简化了设计、制造、维护的难度,节约了机柜安装空间,还提高了设备的集成度,对于后续华龙一号核电厂批量建设具有重要的借鉴意义。 Bypass is an important means to maintain and test the Reactor protection system.Under the normal operation of the reactor,the channel or important instrument parameters can be removed from operation according to the actual needs to support the application scenarios such as regular test,equipment maintenance,instrument calibration,etc.At present,the reactor protection system of HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant is designed as a digital value that toggles the switch to send a bypass command.After hardwired acquisition,the corresponding signal quality will be in a bad position,and the involved shutdown and engineered safety features actuate logic will deteriorate.Due to the large number of hardwired bypass signals,it not only occupies equipment installation space and signal channels,but also has many problems such as inconvenient maintenance.Based on the equipment characteristics of the NASPIC platform and taking full advantage of the digital system,a digital bypass design scheme is proposed,which not only simplifies the difficulty of design,manufacturing and maintenance,saves the installation space of the cabinet,but also improves the Integration of the equipment.It has an important reference significance for the subsequent batch construction of HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant.
