摘要
目前,电厂煤炭来源复杂、煤种变化较大,无法实现入炉煤种的实时监控。因而,入炉煤的煤质特征数据无法辨识,对火电机组的安全经济运行带来很大影响。本文基于多源信息融合技术,采用智能化建模方法开发了火电厂燃煤输送运行优化系统。通过在浙能温州电厂#7、#8锅炉的现场应用,实现了入炉煤的全程在线监测和入炉煤种的在线识别,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。
Currently,the coal sources in power plants are complex and the coal types vary greatly,making it impossible to achieve real-time monitoring of the coal types entering the furnace.Therefore,the coal quality characteristic data of the incoming coal cannot be identified,which has a significant impact on the safe and economic operation of thermal power units.This article is based on multi-source information fusion technology and adopts intelligent modeling methods to develop an optimization system for coal transportation operation in thermal power plants.Through on-site application in boilers#7 and#8 of Zhejiang Energy Wenzhou Power Plant,the full online monitoring of incoming coal and online identification of incoming coal types have been achieved,which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
