摘要
旨在通过工业私有云虚拟化的方式,实现焦化厂备煤控制系统、炼焦控制系统、净化控制系统、干熄焦控制系统、电气控制系统等39套DCS及PLC控制系统的集中监控和管理,对各区域控制室进行整合优化到一个集中控制室,实现管控一体、优化流程,提高全厂自动化控制水平,实现岗位操作,调度一体化。利用成熟的IT技术、服务器群集技术、网络存储技术、双控双活磁盘阵列RAID技术,以及HA高可用性技术实现系统的软硬件冗余,利用虚拟化技术将CPU和内存资源进行池化,实现动态资源调整,将所有上位机控制系统运行在虚拟化平台之上,避免上位机因操作系统和硬件不兼容而导致的更新换代,以造成软件升级成本及维护成本的上升。
This article aims to achieve centralized monitoring and management of 39 sets of DCS and PLC control systems,including coal preparation control system,coking control system,purification control system,dry quenching control system,electrical control system,etc.,in coking plants through industrial private cloud virtualization.It integrates and optimizes the control rooms of various regions into a centralized control room.Realize the integration of management and control,optimize processes,improve the automation control level of the entire factory,and achieve the integration of post operation and scheduling.Utilize mature IT technology,server clustering technology,network storage technology,dual control dual active disk array RAID technology,and HA high availability technology to achieve software and hardware redundancy in the system.Utilize virtualization technology to pool CPU and memory resources,achieve dynamic resource adjustment,and run all upper computer control systems on the virtualization platform to avoid updates and upgrades caused by incompatibility between the operating system and hardware,to cause an increase in software upgrade costs and maintenance costs.
