摘要
标准必要专利越来越受到政府和企业的重视。本文通过对国际六大标准化组织的标准必要专利政策及数据、国外主要发达国家和地区以及我国的标准必要专利政策的综合分析,总结目前我国标准必要专利制度存在的问题,并针对性地提出进一步完善标准必要专利制度的建议。
Standard essential patents are increasingly valued by the government and enterprises.This paper comprehensively analyzes the policies and data related to standard essential patents of six leading standardization organizations in the international arena,major developed countries and regions overseas as well as China,summarizes the existing problems of standard essential patent system in China,and puts forward suggestions to improve the standard essential patent system.
