浅析新时期环境监理的标准化发展方向

A Brief Analysis of the Standardization Development Direction of Environmental Supervision in the New Era

近年来,随着国家生态环境保护管理机制体制改革,事中事后环境监管显得尤为重要,环境监理作为事中事后环境管理的重要技术手段,可为建设项目设计、施工过程污染防治和生态保护措施的落实提供技术指导。本文从环境监理的定位、工作时段、工作要点等角度,提出了新时期环境监理的标准化发展方向,以期为环境监理工作者提供参考。

In recent years,with the reform of the national ecological environmental protection management mechanism and system,in-process and after-event environmental supervision is particularly important.As an important technical means of environmental management,environmental supervision can provide technical guidance for the design of construction projects,pollution prevention and ecological protection measures in the construction process.This paper proposes the standardization development direction of environmental supervision in the new era from the perspectives of positioning,working period and key points of environmental supervision,so as to provide reference for environmental supervision workers.
