摘要
本文阐述了常州市建设管理领域首个地方标准DB3204/T 1044-2022《建设工程综合监督用语标准》的编制背景、任务来源、编制过程、主要内容技术指标确立、与相关法律法规和国家标准的关系以及实施推广建议。重点从建筑市场行为、工程质量、施工安全、施工扬尘防治、数据要求等方面进行了剖析,总结了该标准的逻辑框架和创新点,并对推广应用做了展望。
This article elaborates on the background,task sources,preparation process,establishment of main content and technical indicators,relationship with relevant laws,regulations,and national standards,as well as implementation and promotion suggestions of the first local standard in the field of construction management in Changzhou city,DB 3204/T1044-2022,Standard for construction comprehensive supervision and inspection.This paper mainly analyzes the construction market behavior,engineering quality,construction safety,dust prevention and control during construction,and data requirements,summarizes the logical framework and innovative points of the standard,and makes prospects for promotion and application.
