摘要
医院工作中,内部绩效管理实践中存在工作内容专业性强、难以度量工作价值等特点,进而使绩效管理工作的开展存在一定误区,发生了科室内部二次分配淡化、诊疗技术管理薄弱、业务部门自我管理不足等问题。医院的绩效管理水平对医院整体发展有重要影响,随着新医改政策的出台和全面落实,医院的改革发展能否顺利进行也与医院内部管理水平有直接关系,为了给医院的长期发展提供稳定保障,做好绩效管理非常关键。有相关实践研究证明,对绩效管理策略加以创新,建立更加标准化的绩效管理策略,可以产生激励效应,结合医院实际工作可以进一步推进医院管理工作改革。基于此,本文针对标准化绩效管理策略在医院工作中的应用情况展开了分析。
In the hospital work,the internal performance management practice has the characteristics of strong professional work content,diffi culty in measuring the value of the work,so that there is a certain misunderstanding of the performance management work,causing problems such as the department internal secondary distribution dilution,weak diagnosis and treatment technology management,insuffi cient business department self-management and other problems.The performance management level of a hospital has an important impact on the overall development of a hospital.With the introduction and full implementation of the new medical reform policy,the smooth progress of the reform and development of a hospital is also directly related to its internal management level.In order to provide stable guarantee for the long-term development of a hospital,performance management is key.Relevant practical studies have proved that the innovation of performance management strategies and the establishment of more standardized performance management strategies can produce incentive effect,and the reform of hospital management can be further promoted by combining with the actual work of hospitals.On this basis,this paper analyzes the application of standardized performance management strategy in hospital work.
