观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术标本病理学规范化检查的临床价值

Observation of the Clinical Value of Standardized Pathological Examination of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumors

目的:探究采取病理学规范化检查对经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术标本病理诊断的影响分析;方法:将于2018年1月到2022年2月期间在民勤县人民医院泌尿外科确诊并接受治疗的92例膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照采取标本和病理检查的方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。结束后对比两组患者的肿瘤标本情况以及术后情况;结果:观察组的肌层检出率高于对照组、复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的病理分级以及并发症发生率对比无差异(P>0.05);结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术配合病理学规范化检查,能够快速让临床医生掌握肿瘤分期、分级等情况,有利于后续的完善治疗,并且能够降低复发率以及对患者膀胱的损害。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized pathological examination on the pathological diagnosis of transurethral resection of bladder tumors.Methods:A total of 92 patients with bladder tumor diagnosed and treated in the Department of Urology of the hospital from January 2018 to February 2022 were selected as research objects.According to different methods of specimen and pathological examination,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The tumor samples and postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared after completion.Results:The detection rate of muscle layer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no differences in pathological grade and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with standardized pathological examination can quickly enable clinicians to grasp tumor staging,grading and other conditions,which is conducive to the improvement of subsequent treatment,and can reduce the recurrence rate and damage to patients'bladder.
