标准化康复路径与FTS联合用于老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换病人的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Pathway Combined with FTS in Total Hip Replacement of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:分析全髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折中联合应用标准化康复路径、加速康复外科理念的效果。方法:分析对象选择于2021年8月-2022年8月就诊于甘肃省定西市第二人民医院的82例股骨颈骨折老年病人,均予以全髋关节置换术治疗,随机方法进行分组分析,予以常规护理的41例病人归入对照组,予以标准化康复路径、加速康复外科理念的41例病人归为研究组,对护理效果进行比较和分析。结果:与对照组病人比较,研究组病人恢复情况(尿管拔除、下床活动、住院时间)明显更好(P<0.05);与对照组病人比较,研究组病人并发症总发生率明显较低(P<0.05);与对照组病人比较,研究组病人护理后日常生活能力、髋关节功能评分明显较好(P<0.05)。结论:全髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折中联合应用标准化康复路径、加速康复外科理念效果突出,在病人恢复情况、并发症、日常生活能力和髋关节功能方面优势明显,建议推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of combined application of standardized rehabilitation path and accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture with total hip replacement.Method:Analysis objects were selected from 82 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in the hospital from August 2021 to August 2022,all of whom were treated with total hip replacement.Randomized method was used for grouping analysis.4l patients receiving routine care were assigned to the control group,and 41 patients receiving standardized rehabilitation path and accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept were assigned to the study group.The nursing effect was compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery of patients in the study group(urinal tube extraction,ambulation,length of stay)was significantly better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total complication rate of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of daily living ability and hip joint function in the study group were significantly better after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of standardized rehabilitation path and accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture has outstanding effects,and has obvious advantages in the recovery of patients,complications,daily living ability and hip function,which is recommended to be popularized.
