孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D3标准化治疗对老年哮喘患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Standardized Treatment with Montelukast Sodium Combined with Vitamin D3 in Elderly Patients with Asthma

目的:探究应用孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D3标准化治疗方案改善老年哮喘气道重塑的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月于基层社区医院治疗的老年哮喘患者84例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D3标准化治疗方案。对比两组老年哮喘患者的治疗有效率、气道重塑指标以及哮喘症状持续时间。结果:观察组老年哮喘患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年哮喘患者内部直径、支气管管腔外径和管壁厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年哮喘患者管腔面积、支气管总直径、管壁面积均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组老年哮喘症状持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D3标准化治疗方案可提高治疗效果,改善哮喘气道重塑指标以及缩短哮喘症状持续时间。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of standardized treatment with montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D3 on improving airway remodeling in elderly patients with asthma.Methods:84 elderly patients with asthma who were treated in grass-roots community hospitals from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D3 standardized treatment scheme.The therapeutic efficacy,airway remodeling index and duration of asthma symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The inner diameter,outer diameter and wall thickness of bronchial lumen in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The lumen area,total bronchial diameter and wall area of the elderly asthma patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of asthma symptoms in the elderly of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A standardized treatment regimen of montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D3 can improve therapeutic efficacy,improve airway remodeling indicators,and shorten the duration of asthma symptoms.
