规范化疼痛护理联合心理疏导在胰腺癌患者治疗期间的效果

Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing Combined with Psychological Counseling during Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Patients

目的:研究在VAS评分行规范化疼痛护理+心理疏导的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年2月兰州市第二人民医院收治的胰腺癌患者36例,随机数字量表法分组对照组18例、观察组18例,前者行常规护理,后者行规范化疼痛护理+心理疏导,对比分析两组患者VAS评分、情绪状况评分、生活质量评分及干预满意度。结果:干预后,与对照组患者VAS评分比较,观察组患者评分更低(P<0.05)。干预后,相比于对照组患者情绪状态(SDS、SAS)评分,观察组患者评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:在胰腺癌患者治疗期间,行规范化疼痛护理+心理疏导效果理想,可减轻患者痛感,改善患者情绪状态及生活质量,提升患者干预满意度,推广可行性较高。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized pain nursing+psychological counseling in VAS score.Methods:From January 2020 to February 2022,36 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 18 cases in each group.The former received routine nursing,and the latter received standardized pain nursing+psychological counseling.The VAS score,emotional state score,quality of life score and intervention satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower(P0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the emotional state scores(SDS,SAS)in the observation group were lower(P0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer,standardized pain care+psychological counseling has an ideal effect,which can reduce patients'pain,improve patients'emotional state and quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction with intervention.It has high feasibility of promotion.
