标准化呼吸护理在预防脊柱外科患者肺部并发症中的作用

本文通过标准化呼吸护理对脊柱外科患者进行研究,探究其护理方式在预防患者肺部并发症的应用价值以及效果。本次实验中选取淄博市中西医结合医院脊柱外科2021年2月到2022年12月所收治的150例长期卧床患者,将其分为常规组和实验组。研究表明,通过标准化呼吸护理能大幅度降低患者的肺部并发症,患者需气管切开和机械通气的比例明显降低。标准化呼吸护理作为新型的护理方式,能够大幅度降低长期卧床患者的肺部并发症。

In this paper,standardized respiratory care for spinal surgery patients were studied to explore the application value and effect of nursing in the prevention of pulmonary complications in patients.In this experiment,150 longterm bedridden patients admitted to the Department of Spinal Surgery in the hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were divided into conventional group and experimental group.Studies have shown that lung complications can be significantly reduced by standardized respiratory care,and the proportion of patients requiring tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation is significantly reduced.As a new nursing method,standardized respiratory nursing can greatly reduce the lung complications in patients with long-term bed rest.
