指向立德树人的高职“双院”三全育人实践述要

On the Practice of Three All-round Education in "Double Colleges"in Vocational Colleges Aiming at Cultivating Talents with Moral

高校必须充分落实培养道德人才的基本任务,实施“全方位教育”总体战略,促进学生身心健康和全面发展。目前,对全员育人存在观念上的偏差、对全过程育人存在链条上的割裂、对全方位育人存在协同上的不畅等问题。为此,高职院校可结合自身办学特色逐步探索具有特色且较为系统完整的三全育人新模式,其中以书院+学院“双院”联动可成为高职教育高质量发展的重要路径。

Higher education institutions must fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents with moral,and must implement the overall strategy of"three all-round education"to promote students'physical and mental health and all-round development.At present,although some achievements have been made in the higher education institutions'three all-round education,there are also problems such as deviation in the concept of educating all staff,fragmentation in the chain of the entire process of education,and poor coordination in all-round education.To this end,higher vocational colleges can gradually explore a unique and relatively systematic new model of"three all-round education"based on their own educational characteristics.Among them,the linkage between academies and colleges has become an important path for the high-quality development of vocational education.
