围手术期抗菌药物管理信息系统构建与应用研究

Construction and Application of Perioperative Antibacterial Drug Management Information System

目的 设计围手术期抗菌药物管理信息系统,评价其应用效果。方法 以温州市某三甲医院围手术期抗菌预防用药管理流程为基础,分析用药流程存在的缺陷环节、关键节点,设计手术室围手术期抗菌药物管理信息系统。结果 应用手术室围手术期抗菌药物管理信息系统7个月后,围手术期预防抗菌药物术前0.5~1小时用药、术中手术时长﹥3小时追加用药执行时机合理率分别从93.37%、30.57%提高到97.19%、56.46%,术中追加药物使用率从19.66%提高到50.16%,药物相关工作缺陷率由0.15%降至0.01%。结论 围手术期抗菌药物管理信息系统能将围手术期预防抗菌药物集中手术室闭环管理,有利于提升手术患者围手术期药品管理质量,保障患者用药安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To design and evaluate the application effect of perioperative antibacterial drug management information system.Methods Based on the perioperative antibacterial prophylactic drug management process of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Wenzhou,the defects and key nodes in the medication process were analyzed,and the perioperative antibacterial drug management information system was designed for the operating room.Results After the application of perioperative antibacterial drug management information system in the operating room for 7 months,the rational rate of 0.5 to 1 hour perioperative antibacterial medication before operation and additional medication when operation was over 3 hours was increased from 93.37%,30.57%to 97.19%,56.46%respectively.The utilization rate of intraoperative additional medication increased from 19.66%to 50.16%,and the defect rate of drug-related work decreased from 0.15%to 0.01%.Conclusion The perioperative antibacterial drug management information system can provide centralized closed-loop management of perioperative antibacterial drugs in the operating room,which is conducive to improving the quality of perioperative drug management for patients and ensuring their medication safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
