中国SCI/SSCI收录期刊论文撤销情况分析及思考

Analysis and thoughts on the retracted papers published in SCI/SSCI journals sponsored by Chinese organizations

【目的】撤销论文是保障期刊质量的一项有效机制。分析我国主办SCI/SSCI期刊论文撤销情况及其撤稿机制,有助于为其出版伦理建设提供参考。【方法】采集我国主办SCI/SSCI期刊撤销论文,对原文特征和撤稿特征进行分析。【结果】截至2022年底,我国主办SCI/SSCI期刊累计撤稿244篇。高影响因子期刊撤销论文数量更多,基础生命科学是论文撤销发生的主要学科。重复或抄袭、科学错误等是主要撤销原因,其中重复或抄袭包括文章、图像、数据或文本重复或抄袭。因科学错误撤销论文主要由作者主动撤销,因学术不端撤销论文主要由期刊或第三方撤销。【结论】我国主办SCI/SSCI期刊的撤稿机制还需进一步完善,需要及时制定撤销论文政策、制定重点学科评审机制、积极应对新型学术不端、优化论文发表后评审流程、建立论文预警机制与期刊科研诚信信用体系等。

[Purposes]Retraction is an effective mechanism to ensure the quality of journals.This paper analyzes the retraction status and mechanisms of SCI/SSCI journals sponsored by Chinese organizations,so as to provide references for their publication ethics construction.[Methods]This paper collected the retracted papers published in SCI/SSCI journals sponsored by Chinese organizations and analyzed their original articles and retraction characteristics.[Findings]As of the end of 2022,a total of 244 papers published in SCI/SSCI journals sponsored by Chinese organizations have been retracted.Journals with high impact factors have retracted more papers,and the basic life sciences are the main disciplines of retracted papers.The main reasons for retraction are duplication/plagiarism,scientific errors,etc.,among which duplication/plagiarism includes duplication or plagiarism of articles,images,data,or text.Papers retracted due to scientific errors are mainly voluntarily retracted by the authors,while those retracted due to academic misconduct are mainly retracted by journals or third parties.[Conclusions]The mechanism for paper retraction in SCI/SSCI journals sponsored by Chinese organizations still needs to be further improved.It is necessary to timely establish retraction policies,build key discipline evaluation mechanisms,actively respond to new types of academic misconduct,optimize post-publication peer review,and set up risk paper warning mechanisms and a journal research integrity and credit system.
