基于国际一流期刊编委的高校学术影响力研究

Academic influence of universities based on the editorial board of international first-class journals

【目的】为加强高校国际一流期刊建设,提升高校学者在国际学术领域的话语权,从高校主办国际一流期刊和编委任职的角度探究我国国际学术影响力水平,以期为学者深度参与国际学术共同体建设提供建议。【方法】以中国科学院期刊分区表一区期刊为研究对象,分类统计高校主办国际一流期刊及来自11个自然科学学科的高校学者的编委、高级编委任职现状,依据我国国际地位以及对中美期刊、编委、高级编委的对比分析寻找我国的差距和不足,并提出高校编委任职的优劣势学科。【结果】我国主办国际一流期刊数量和编委人数的全球占比均较低,且远落后于美国,特别是医学学科。我国编委、高级编委主要来自高校。在计算机科学学科,我国编委和高级编委的贡献度较大,而在生物学学科贡献度较小。【结论】高校应进一步强化对高质量期刊的培育和对高质量期刊编委等高层次人才的培养,以推动我国学者深度参与国际学术共同体建设,从而更好地引领学科发展、提升国际学术影响力。

[Purposes]In order to strengthen the construction of international first-class journals in universities and enhance the discourse power of university scholars in the international academic field,this paper probes into the level of China's international academic influence from the perspective of hosting international first-class journals and serving on the editorial board,so as to provide suggestions for university scholars to deeply participate in the construction of international academic community.[Methods]Taking the first district journals of Chinese Academy of Sciences Journal Division Table as research objects,this paper classified the current status of the international first-class journals hosted by universities and university scholars in the editorial board and senior editorial board in 11 natural science subjects.Based on China's global status and comparison analysis of the journals,editorial board,and senior editorial board of China and the United States,gaps and shortages in China were found.This paper also put forward the advantaged and disadvantaged subjects of the university editorial board.[Findings]The global proportion of China's hosting of international first-class journals and editorial board appointments is relatively low,which is far behind the United States,especially in medical science.Chinese editorial board and senior editorial board mainly come from universities.In the field of computer science,China's editorial board and senior editorial board have made significant contributions,but their contribution is smaller in biology.[Conclusions]Universities should further strengthen the cultivation of high-quality journals and high-level talents such as editorial board of high-quality journals to promote the in-depth participation of Chinese scholars in the construction of the international academic community,so as to better lead the development of subjects and enhance the international academic influence.
