摘要
最新流行病学数据提示,我国成人糖尿病患病形势严峻。代谢性疾病已成为严重影响人民健康和社会发展的重大慢性疾病。国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC,代谢中心)经过6年多的运行,对代谢病患者的管理已形成特色,并取得了一系列成效,不断将标准化的代谢病诊疗模式向前推进。为使该标准化管理模式得到更高效运行,现在第一版指南基础上,就6年来的运行经验,结合当前国际国内最新代谢病诊疗指南进行总结归纳,撰写此第二版指南。
The latest epidemiological data suggests that the situation of adult diabetes in China is severe,and metabolic diseases have become significant chronic illnesses that have a serious impact on public health and social development.After more than six years of practice,the National Metabolic Management Center(MMC)has developed distinctive approaches to manage metabolic patients and has achieved a series of positive outcomes,continuously advancing the standardized diagnosis and treatment model.In order to further improve the efficiency,based on the first edition,the second edition guideline was composed by incorporating experience of the past six years in conjunction with the latest international and domestic guidelines.
