V-Y皮瓣修复儿童指端Allen Ⅱ型损伤

Application of V-Y flap for repair of Allen type Ⅱ finger injury in children

目的探讨V-Y皮瓣在儿童指端AllenⅡ型损伤中的修复效果。方法回顾性分析我科自2021年1月至2022年5月收治指端AllenⅡ型损伤患者22例22指,均采用V-Y皮瓣推进术修复,随访观察患儿手术疗效及并发症情况。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间为5~8个月,平均6.2个月,所有皮瓣均存活并顺利愈合,手指外观、感觉、活动恢复良好,采用中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优16例,良6例。结论V-Y皮瓣推进术修复儿童指端AllenⅡ型损伤能获得满意的临床效果,可作为一种良好的方法应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the repair efficacy of V-Y flap in Allen type Ⅱ finger injury in children.MethodIss A retrospective analysis was conducted on 22 patients with Allen type Ⅱ finger injury admitted to our department from January 2021 to May 2022,all of whom underwent V-Y flap advancement surgery for repair.The surgical efficacy and complications of the patients were followed up and observed.Results All patients were follow-up for 5 to 8 months,with an average of 6.2 months.All flaps survived and healed smoothly,and the appearance,sensation and activity of fingers recovered well.According to the trial criteria for upper limb function evaluation issued by Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association,16 cases were excellent and 6 cases were good.Conclusion The V-Y flap advancement surgery can achieve satisfactory clinical results in repairing Allen type I finger injuries in children,and can be used as a good method for clinical application.
