摘要
Uhl畸形是一种罕见的先天性心脏病,Uhl畸形患儿预后较差,手术治疗为目前主要治疗方法。现回顾既往相关文献,总结Uhl畸形患儿临床表现、诊断方法及手术治疗的方法及疗效,探讨Uhl畸形患儿的最佳诊治方法。
Uhl’s anomaly is an extremely rare congenital heart disease.The prognosis for Uhl’s anomaly is poor,and surgery is showing as a promising treatment.This review summarized the clinical manifestation,diagnosis method and surgical techniques of previous cases and discussed the approach in diagnosing and surgical strategies for Uhl’s anomaly patients.
