摘要
针对如何选用引信泄压孔堵螺材料的问题,以典型中大口径榴弹引信为研究对象,结合数值模拟对不同泄压孔堵螺材料的选用要求进行了分析。通过慢速烤燃试验得出了不同泄压孔堵螺材料对引信泄压作用效果的影响,试验结果表明,两种泄压孔堵螺材料均可以有效降低引信响应剧烈程度,超高分子量聚乙烯作为泄压孔堵螺材料在熔化后的变形程度及强度缺乏一致性,导致引信出现不同的破坏模式,铅铋合金泄压孔堵螺作用下引信响应具有较好的一致性,能够保证引信破坏程度的一致性。
Aiming at the problem of how to select the materials of pressure-relief hole screw for fuze,taking the fuze of typical large-caliber grenade as the research object,combined with numerical simulation,the selection requirements of different pressure-relief hole screw materials were analyzed,and the influence of different pressure-relief hole screw materials on the pressure relief effect of fuze was obtained through slow cook-off.The results show that,both kinds of screw materials can effectively reduce the intensity of fuze response.UHMWPE screw lacks consistency in deformation and strength after melting,which will lead to different failure modes of fuze.The intensity of fuze response under the action of lead-bismuth alloy screw has a better consistency.It can ensure the consistency of the damage degree of fuze.
