摘要
针对灰茶尺蠖田间监测存在的统计害虫数量不完全、监测难度大等问题,文中将红外传感器技术、计算机技术和高压电源电击技术相结合,研制一种灰茶尺蠖智能监测系统,研究灰茶尺蠖成虫在茶园的发生动态,实现对灰茶尺蠖成虫田间种群动态的实时监测。提出一种基于红外计数的灰茶尺蠖智能监测装置及平台设计方案,完成单片机主控模块、电源电路模块、高压网电源控制模块、红外传感器监测模块等的设计。田间测试结果表明:高压电源电流阈值设置为80 mA,能防止雨滴、树叶等外在因素造成的计数误差;虫情监测装置对灰茶尺蠖的监测准确率为98.2%,可实时监测田间灰茶尺蠖的种群密度变化趋势。用户通过所设计装置可实时掌握茶园灰茶尺蠖种群数量的动态变化,合理制定综合防治方案,实现茶叶的优质高产。
There are some problems in the field monitoring of the Ectropis grisescens,such as incomplete statistics of the number of pests and difficult monitoring.In combination of the infrared sensor technology,computer technology and high-voltage power shock technology,the intelligent monitoring system of ectropis grisescens is researched,and the occurrence dynamics of Ectropis grisescens adults in the tea garden is studied,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the population dynamics of Ectropis grisescens adults in the field.The infrared counting based intelligent monitoring device and platform design scheme of Ectropis grisescens are designed to complete the design of main control module,power circuit module,high-voltage network power control module and infrared sensor monitoring module.The field test results show that setting the current threshold of the high-voltage power supply to 80 mA can prevent counting errors caused by external factors such as raindrops and leaves.The accuracy of the insect monitoring device for monitoring Ectropis grisescens is 98.2%,which can real-time monitor the population density change trend of Ectropis grisescens in the field.By means of this device,users can real-time grasp the dynamic change of the population of Ectropis grisescens in tea gardens,formulate a comprehensive prevention and control plans,and achieve high quality and high yield of tea.
