摘要
随着新媒体崛起,媒体在舆情表达中的话语权不断提升,医疗机构与医务人员的媒体表达能力与舆情处置能力直接影响到医方的舆情处置效果。针对涉及医疗服务的舆情,医疗机构工作人员应从宏观定位和具体技巧两个层面加强培训,提升沟通能力,避开与媒体沟通和信息发布的舆情风险点,提供专业、及时的反馈,回应媒体与社会的关注。
With the rise of new media,the media's right to speak in public opinion expression is constantly improving.The media expression ability and public opinion handling ability of medical institutions and medical staff directly affect the public opinion handling effect of medical institutions.In view of the public opinion related to medical services,the staff of medical institutions should strengthen training from two aspects:macro positioning and specific skills.They ought to improve their communication skills,avoid the risk points of public opinion in communication with the media and information release,provide professional and timely feedback,and respond to the concerns of the media and society.
