基于共享网络的区域医疗机构急救药品保障模式探讨

Discussion on Emergency Medicine Guarantee Mode in Regional Medical Institutions Based on Shared Network

目的构建区域急救药品供应保障体系,探究其对医疗机构药品短缺及采购金额和报损金额的影响。方法选取区域内6家不同级别医疗机构建立急救药品共享网络,通过目录制定、储备点设立以及采购调拨管理等举措构建供应保障体系。分别选取2022年1—6月和2022年7—12月区域内医疗机构急救药品供应保障情况为对照组和试验组。对比体系实施前后,药品短缺品种数、采购金额和报损金额。结果体系实施后,试验组药品短缺品种数、采购金额和报损金额与对照组相比均有明显下降(p<0.05)。结论急救药品供应保障体系可有效减少医疗机构药品短缺品种数,降低药品采购金额和报损金额,是急救药品管理的全新模式。

Objective To establish a regional emergency drug supply security system and explore its influence on the drug shortage,purchase amount and reported loss amount of medical institutions.Methods Six medical institutions of different levels in the region were selected to establish the shared network of emergency drugs.The supply guarantee system was established through the establishment of catalogue,the establishment of reserve points and the management of procurement and allocation.Emergency drugs supply in medical institutions in the region from January to June in 2022 and from July to December in 2022 were selected as the control group and the experimental group respectively.Before and after the implementation of the system,the number of drugs in short supply,the purchase amount and the reported loss amount were compared.Results After the implementation of the system,the number of drugs in short supply,the purchase amount and the loss reported in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The emergency drug supply guarantee system can effectively reduce the number of drugs in short supply in medical institutions,and reduce the number of drugs purchased and reported losses,which is a brand-new model of emergency drug management.
