摘要
研究了不同浓度离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([BMIM]BF 4)对尼龙6(PA6)基膜宏观力学性能、结晶行为以及热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,加入少量[BMIM]BF 4离子液体可以明显降低PA6的屈服强度和模量,红外光谱结果显示表明,[BMIM]BF 4中咪唑环上的氢原子与PA6分子中的酰胺基上的氮原子与氧原子形成氢键而削弱PA6分子链的氢键作用。随着[BMIM]BF 4用量的提高,PA6的熔融温度、结晶温度以及热稳定均有所下降,并且PA6样品晶粒尺寸明显减小,结晶更加困难。
The effects of different contents of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([BMIM]BF 4)on the mechanical properties,crystallization behavior and thermal stability of nylon 6(PA6)film were studied.The results show that the yield strength and modulus of PA6 could be significantly reduced with a small amount ionic liquid.The infrared spectra shows that hydrogen in the imidazole ring of[BMIM]BF 4 could form hydrogen bonds with nitrogen(C—N)and oxygen(C O)on the amide group in PA6 molecule,and weaken the hydrogen bond interaction between the PA6 molecule chains.With the increase of the amount of[BMIM]BF 4,the melting temperature,crystallization temperature and thermal stability of PA6 decrease,and the grain size of PA6 samples decreases significantly,making crystallization more difficult.
