新型冠状病毒感染后类川崎病儿童多系统炎症综合征1例

A case of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children with Kawasaki disease af ter SARS-CoV-2 infection

2020年4月,英国儿科医生提出一种与川崎病类似的严重炎症综合征,美国疾病控制与预防中心将其命名为儿童多系统炎症综合征。该病多见于6~15岁儿童及青少年,白种人及黑种人居多,亚洲人发病率不高。常累及呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统等多个系统,一旦起病,可在短时间内恶化,严重者可危及生命。故对于儿科临床医生来说,及时的诊断和治疗十分关键。本文报道1例在新型冠状病毒感染后出现类川崎病特征的儿童多系统炎症综合征。

In April 2020,British pediatricians proposed a severe inflammatory syndrome similar to Kawasaki disease,which was named as children’s multisystem inflammatory syndrome by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States.The disease is more common in children and adolescents aged 6 to 15 years old,white and black people are more common,and the incidence rate of Asian people is not high.It often involves the respiratory system,digestive system,urinary system and other systems,Once the disease occurs,it can progress rapidly and even be life-threatening in a short period of time.Therefore,for pediatric clinicians,timely diagnosis and treatment are crucial.This paper reports a case of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in a child with Kawasaki disease like characteristics after SARS-CoV-2 infection.
