基于DTW算法的线上考试信息管理系统设计

摘要 考试期间需要处理大量数据,然而人为进行考试信息管理的效率较低.同时,在有效时间内判别线上考试相似性信息是当前考试信息管理需要解决的重要问题.为此,设计了基于DTW算法的线上考试信息管理系统.通过FTP服务器,运行系统各版块,实现计算机间的文件交互.通过WWW浏览器,显示线上考试信息管理系统工作界面,设计系统的前台和后台管理板块,完成系统硬件结构设计.使用DTW算法,引进累积失真函数,获取最佳匹配距离的匹配点,并确定运算范围,将较为复杂的全局最优化问题转化为若干个局部最优问题.初始化距离矩阵,确定累积距离矩阵,剔除矩阵中重复元素.根据基于DTW算法的线上考试信息相似性分析结果,动态调整全部信息,缩小检索路径范围.基于此,设计线上考试信息管理报名报考流程,完成线上考试信息管理系统软件部分设计.实验结果表明,该系统在保证系统安全登录的前提下,各项用例测试结果均与预期结果一致,权限管理测试步骤执行时间较短,且成功达到预期结果的耗时仅为0.1 s,登录班级管理入口的总耗时为4.3 s,为线上考试管理提供极大便利. During the exam,a large amount of data needs to be processed,but the efficiency of manually managing exam information is relatively low.Simultaneously distinguishing the similarity information of online exams within effective time is an important issue that needs to be addressed in current exam information management.Therefore,an online exam information management system based on DTW algorithm has been designed.Run various sections of the system through an FTP server to achieve file interaction between computers.Through the WWW browser,display the working interface of the online exam information management system,design the front-end and back-end management sections of the system,and complete the hardware structure design of the system.By using the DTW algorithm and introducing a cumulative distortion function,the optimal matching distance of the matching points is obtained,and the calculation range is determined,transforming complex global optimization problems into several local optimization problems.Initialize the distance matrix,determine the cumulative distance matrix,and eliminate the duplicate elements in the matrix.Based on the similarity analysis results of online exam information based on DTW algorithm,dynamically adjust all information to narrow the search path range.Based on this,design the registration and application process for online exam information management,and complete the software design of the online exam information management system.The experimental results show that,while ensuring the secure login of the system,the test results of all use cases are consistent with the expected results.The execution time of the permission management test steps is relatively short,and the time required to successfully achieve the expected results is only 0.1 seconds.The total time required to log in to the class management entrance is 4.3 seconds,providing great convenience for online exam management.
